Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rent a boat without a captain?

Yes. You do not need a boat license in order to hire one of our boats. All you need is car driving experience, and your passport/ID or a drivers license to book. A full briefing prior to setting off takes place to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

First aid kit and life jackets

       Sun canopy

       Ladder

       Cool Box

       Snorkelling equipment (on request)

[Full insurance available at an extra cost]

  • How long does the handling lesson last for?

The lesson lasts approximately 20-30 minutes - our number one priority is for you to feel confident before you set off on your private boat trip!

  • Is fuel included in the boat rental price?

No. Fuel is not included in the boat rental price, as per with any self-driving rental. A full tank of fuel will be provided for you on the day, which is charged in advance as a deposit to book your boat. Upon your return, we will check the fuel and refund what hasn't been used. All of our boats have four stroke engines for fuel economy, and we will give you an estimate of what you will spend. Please be aware that it really does ultimately depend on how far and how fast you go.

  • Which is the route and map limits?

Our base and the start of your boat trip is located in Agios Spiridon beach, and from there you will explore the North East coast of Corfu, all the way down to Kalami Bay - which is the end of our map limits going south.

  • Can I hire a boat with a captain, and is it worth it?

Yes. We do recommend hiring a skipper if you want to have a stress-free day, fully merge yourself in relaxation and enjoy every moment with your loved ones! Our skippers are experienced and will serve not only as your captain but also as a guide. They will make sure you have the absolute best day on the water, taking you to locations further than the limits, such as Prospero's Cell chapel between Agni Bay and Nissaki, and the under water cave.

  • Can we stop for lunch?

Yes, you all can, and quite easily so! Upon your journey, you will encounter seafront villages with tavernas and docks on the water, where you can moor your boat. One of the taverna's employees will come up to meet you and help you moor your boat.

  • Can I visit Corfu Town?

Yes, with skipper only. As it is located a lot further than our limits, we restrict visits to captain only! Feel welcome to get in touch through the contact page to inquire about prices and options/schedule.
